Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Requests to modify or cancel an order can be submitted before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) on the same business day the order is placed.
Once an order has entered the processing stage, it can no longer be modified or cancelled, as preparation for shipment begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Returns & Refunds Information
What is your return policy?
Customers may request a return within 16 calendar days of receiving their order, provided the item meets the conditions outlined in our official Return Policy. To qualify for return review, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Who is responsible for return shipping?
If a return is requested for customer-related reasons such as ordering the wrong item or changing your preference the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs. Please note that the original flat shipping fee of $10 is non-refundable.
If a return is approved due to an issue on our end, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, Fashiri will cover the return shipping cost at no additional charge.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact Fashiri within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue. Once the damage is verified, we will guide you through the return process and arrange a refund or exchange in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
What if the item is damaged after delivery due to my use?
Items that become damaged after delivery due to customer misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

What is the shipping cost?
A flat $10 shipping fee applies to all orders delivered within the United States, regardless of order size, quantity, or delivery location. This flat-rate structure helps keep shipping costs clear, predictable, and consistent for every customer.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Once dispatched, the estimated transit time is 7–11 business days.
